Q1
Read the story and then answer the questions.
It was a lovely warm, sunny day and Harry the hedgehog was lying asleep in a bed made of dry leaves, down in a corner of the garden. He was dreaming about food. He was thinking about big fat worms, little crunchy insects and long spiky grasshoppers. He began to wake up. All that dreaming about food was making him feel a little hungry. Harry opened one eye and looked around himself. He opened the other eye and looked around some more. He slowly turned around and lifted his head up to see what might be nearby for him to eat. “Dry leaves, ugh, no thanks” he thought. 1. Where was Harry lying?
